Terms
Plain terms for the site itself. Your solar or roofing project is governed by the written contract you sign, not by this page.
Get a free quoteThis site describes what Sun's Up Solar does and lets you ask for a quote. The prices, ranges, payback periods and program details on it are general information, current to the best of our knowledge when written, and are not an offer. A price becomes an offer only when it is in a written quote with your name and address on it.
Asking for a quote doesn’t commit you to anything. If you go ahead, the work is governed by a written contract that sets out the price, the scope, the warranties and the timeline. Where this page and that contract differ, the contract wins.
Government programs, utility rules and electricity rates change, and not always with notice. We describe them in good faith as they stand when written. Confirm your own eligibility with the program, your lender, your utility or your accountant before relying on any of it. Nothing on this site is financial, tax or legal advice.
Don’t submit the quote form with false details or on someone else’s behalf without their permission, and don’t use automated tools against the site. The text, photographs and artwork are ours or used with permission; ask before reusing them.
We take care with what’s on this site, but we can’t promise it is free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for loss arising from relying on the site’s general content. This doesn’t limit anything in a written contract or anything the law doesn’t let us limit.
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and of Canada as they apply there, and the courts of Alberta have jurisdiction.
